Facility Operators: Use Both Portals During Transition

Some features remain available only in the legacy portal, while others have moved to the new portal. Please continue to use both as needed.

• Membership Management: View and update your profile and dispatch contacts.
• Queue Management: Re-send ticket transmissions to contacts as needed.
• Reports: Access your ticket data for informed decisions.

New in the Facility Operator Hub (New Portal):

• Service Area Editor (SAE): Upload, draw, and edit service area maps (supports GeoJSON, zipped SHP, KML, JSON).
• Service Area Snapshot: View your service areas visually in relation to requested excavation sites.
• Positive Response Submission: Fulfill legal requirements by submitting status updates online.
